About Us

Inner Journey Counseling Services, L.L.C., provides compassionate mental health services to those who are looking at healing and moving forward on their life journey. With over 20+ years of experience in working with youth, adults, couples and families, we strive to support each individual as they explore and learn about how best to honor themselves. Our approach to mental health and wellness is much more beyond managing symptoms. Our purpose is to examine, reflect, challenge and support the individuals and collectives in the person's environment so that they can live a meaningful and purposeful life.

Why Counseling?

Counseling works because of what the therapist and client do together—not because of the therapist’s "expertise" in fixing the client's thinking processes, in interpreting or re-interpreting their life experiences, or in teaching them behavioral options.

Think Rapport and Relationship!
